Inaugural Member - Jewish Rock Radio Acceleration Program

Zac, for his work on A-Z'emirot & for his impact on the Jewish world, was asked to join the inaugural cohort of the Jewish Rock Radio Acceleration Program. Jewish Star – is an initiative that identifies musically talented Jewish teens and young adults with a passion and drive to impact the Jewish world. Out of every past Jewish Star Award recipient, Zac was one of six members chosen and is honored to be participating in the program.

Patrice Donovan Community Service Award

Established in 1989, the Thayer Academy Patrice Donovan Community Service award was established in honor of Patrice Donovan. To be awarded each year to an underclassman who has exhibited outstanding dedication, sensitivity, determination, in serving those in need.

Frederick Douglass & Susan B. Anthony Award

The University of Rochester Frederick Douglass and Susan B. Anthony Award is presented to an Eleventh Grade Student who was shown a commitment to understanding and addressing difficult social issues, leadership and dedication to their community, and has achieved strong academic standing in rigorous courses.

Jewish Star - Jewish Rock Radio 2020

Zac was recently recognized by Jewish Rock Radio as one of the Top 20 Jewish Stars in the Jewish Star North American Talent Search – an initiative that identifies musically talented Jewish teens and young adults with a passion and drive to impact the Jewish world.

The Nicholas and Rose Papani Prize 2020

Nicholas and Rose Papani considered music to be a part of the fruit of life to be enjoyed by everyone. Established to keep their memory alive, this prize is awarded annually to a Thayer Academy student who demonstrates unusual musical talent.

Thayer Academy Faculty Prize - 2018

Awarded to the student exhibiting superior attitude, courtesy, citizenship, and who has made an outstanding contribution to the spirit of Thayer Academy.

Declamation Award - 2018

Awarded to one Thayer Academy student who, in the eyes of the faculty, excels in field of public speaking.
